About Us

Southern Allergy and Asthma PC's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis.  We have created a practice that we would choose for our own family members.

He received his M.D. degree from the Mercer University School of Medicine before going on to complete his Internal Medicine internship and residency with the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then went on to Vanderbilt University to complete a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Eades has served as President of the Georgia Medical Society and the Southeastern Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society.  He is the author of multiple medical authors and a daily devotional entitled "In a Hurry to be Holy".  Dr. Eades originally founded Southern Allergy and Asthma, P.C. in 1999.  When not working, he continues to be an active in his church, several charitable organizations, and the Savannah, Georgia community, including serving on the local advisory board for Wells Fargo. Dr. Eades enjoys fishing, hunting and is an automobile enthusiast. He is married with three school aged children.

Dr. Eades is assisted by Elizabeth "Liz" Paige, PA-C.  Liz grew up in Douglasville, GA where she was very active in equestrian sports.  After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Biology, she completed a Master of Science degree as a Physician's Assistant at South University.  Liz joined Southern Allergy and Asthma in June 2016.  During her free time she enjoys spending time with her Basset Baxter, tending to her many house plants and decorating her new home.  On fall weekends she enthusiastically cheers on the Georgia Bulldogs and hopes to begin horseback riding again soon.
