About Dr. Jack R. Eades, M.D.

Dr. Jack Eades hails from Atlanta, Georgia. He received his M.D. degree from the Mercer School of Medicine before going on to complete his Internal Medicine internship and residency with the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then went on to Vanderbilt University to complete a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Eades is a diplomate of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
 
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Eades served as President of the Georgia Medical Society, and the Southeastern Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society. He is on staff at Memorial Health University Medical Center where he serves as the Internal Medicine Residency education director for Allergy and Immunology, and a staff member for Candler Hospital, and St. Joseph's Hospital. Dr. Eades founded Southern Allergy and Asthma, P.C. in 1999, and continues to be an active leader in his church, several charitable organizations, and the Savannah, Georgia community, including serving on the Board of Directors for Wells Fargo. Dr. Eades enjoys all sorts of fishing, and is an automobile enthusiast. You can see photos of Dr. Eades participating in some of his favorite pastimes on our pictures page.
   

About Dr. Wasil Khan, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Wasil Khan grew up in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. He attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston where he received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees. Dr. Khan then went on to the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winstom-Salem, North Carolina to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology.
 
Dr. Khan is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology, and the American College of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Khan is a staff member of Memorial Health University Medical Center, Candler Hospital, and St. Joseph's Hospital. He has been in private practice in the Savannah area since 2005 and recently joined Southern Allergy and Asthma, P.C. Dr. Khan has a strong interest in medical education and research, and was recently appointed to the Mercer School of Medicine Education Faculty. He is an avid naturalist with special interests in herpetology, nature photography, wildlife conservation, and serves on the Board of Directors for FSCWR. Dr. Khan has a growing interest in information technology and is the author / creator of the Southern Allergy and Asthma web site.
